Enjoyed this peaceful and fairly clean hotel, met requirements. We got reasonably large double room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. Amicable and welcoming staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was great - ease of access to a cultural heritage museum. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

The location of the guesthouse was great, being near the park, national theatre, and above the market. It was convenient to explore the area and there were plenty of things to see and do nearby. the owner of the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful, even assisting me with carrying my luggage upstairs.
One downside of the guesthouse was the lack of an elevator. Having to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs was not convenient, especially considering the narrow staircase inside the house.

my recent stay in kutaisi was made even better by the amazing hospitality and helpfulness of the landlady at this centrally-located guesthouse. communication was easy with the help of her English-speaking daughter. the clean room, comfortable bed, and great location near cafes and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze.
